ABOUT THE RETREAT
The retreat is designed according the 5-Elements and the energetics of the seasons. Living and practicing yoga with an understanding of the 5-Elements can help us to align our lives with nature. Yin yoga can support and harmonise the meridians, bringing benefits to our health, well-being, energy levels and vitality.
In this Spring Retreat we focus on the Liver and Gallbladder, the meridians of the Wood Element. Through specific yin yoga postures and intention setting activities we work to create balance and harmony in our visions and dreams along with our plans for implementation

In the morning we will gather at the beautiful Taradale Hall for a morning of discussion, yoga and meditation followed by an overview of the Wood Element with Glenn Polley.
