A beautifully structured and paced day! Lovely restorative practices, inspirational discussion and lovely food from the garden. I loved the chance to walk outside and explore the space where the food for our lunch had been grown. Learning about the meridians we were focusing on and tracing their lines on our body helped to embed it into my mind to take into my yin practice.
