Jane Mallick is a dedicated and passionate yogini, who has been practicing yoga for nearly forty years. After excelling for many years in a fast-paced corporate career, Jane experienced a health crisis. She turned to yoga, and in deepening her practice found a powerful antidote for the many years of working too hard and fast. Jane is inspired by the sacred feminine to bring yoga to her community and support people to align to a life of ease, grace and full potential.

Come and experience deep rest and relaxation on this nourishing Spring Yin Yoga 1/2 day Workshop in Taradale.

Open to everyone! No yoga experience is necessary. However, Yin Yoga can be experienced as a more ‘advanced’ practice, where it requires some mind-body awareness. If you are unsure, please contact Jane to discuss your needs and experiences to see if this workshop is for you.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
I’m really excited to announce the return of my 1/2 day Seasonal Yin Yoga Workshop.
Yin yoga works on the 5-elements of nature, as understood by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Yin yoga brings great benefits to our health, well-being, energy levels and vitality. In Yin Yoga we feel and release tensions that are deep within us. It is a deep meditation where we still the mind, and experience greater clarity and deep peace.
In this Spring Workshop, which relates to the Wood Element, we focus on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, along with intention-setting activities and yoga nidra, for you to gain greater clarity of your visions and dreams along with your plans for implementation.
At each season there is a change of the energies in nature. So it can be important for us to tune in and align to these changes.
In the season of Spring people can experience fatigue, achy joints, irritability, headaches, and digestive problems.
Attending this workshop you will experience and learn practices you can take away to support your health and wellbeing in Spring.
